Versatile Collaborator with a Few Organizational Hiccups

    Reviewed on Feb 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro allows me to collaborate with different teams using the same board and provides a clear, comprehensive overview of the project state and multidisciplinary evolution. It's great for offline ideation and speedy iteration. I love its capacity to let me draw, create frames, import pictures, tables, PDFs, videos, write notes, prepare slides for a deck, or host workshops all in one unique platform. It's really nice to be able to edit a doc or an Excel file directly in Miro, which integrates well with Microsoft. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become too messy. It would be great if you could cluster items by typology and make them visible or invisible as needed. It would require having an index, a bit like Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to collaborate with different teams on the same board, provides a clear comprehensive overview of the project state, and supports offline ideation and quick iteration.

Effective for Integration Visualization, Needs Design Ease

    Reviewed on Feb 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to demonstrate how our integrations work within our customer's architecture. It also helps in modeling solutions internally to ensure products and sales teams are aligned. Overall, it helps us in the selling process and the implementation process. I also liked that the setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to do more point and click functions and make things more visually appealing. When moving lines or trying to create something from scratch, it's hard to do that as a non-designer user. As a more business-focused user, I'd appreciate more help in making things look professional for customer experiences and architecture with IT teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to show how our integrations work within customer architecture and align products and sales teams. It helps customers understand how our solution fits into their architecture and improves our selling and implementation processes.

Intuitive, Visual Collaboration That Makes Brainstorming Seamless

    Reviewed on Feb 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is highly intuitive and visual, making collaboration easy. The infinite canvas allows for brainstorming, mind mapping, and organizing ideas seamlessly. It supports real-time teamwork, making remote collaboration engaging and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can feel overwhelming with too many features and templates at first. Large boards may slow down performance, and some tools lack advanced customization, which can limit complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of remote and distributed collaboration by providing a single, visual platform for brainstorming, organizing ideas, and mapping processes. It allows teams to co-create in real time, capture input from multiple contributors, and quickly iterate on strategies and designs. This results in faster decision-making, clearer communication, and more efficient workflow alignment across teams.
